Name Recipes Application Metabolism Rate Overdose Limit

Adrenaline

1u Inaprovaline
1u Hyperzine
1u Dexalin Plus
Acts as a weak painkiller and stimulant, and speeds up heart rate.

The body produces this naturally when it takes heavy damage. A dose of five units or more will attempt to restart the heart, causing some damage in the process.

0.2/t 20u

Alkysine

1u Ammonia
1u Dylovene
1u Hydrochloric Acid
(Produces 2 units instead of 3 units)
Helps to treat brain damage.

A patient needs to have at least 85% of their maximum blood for alkysine to work, and it works slowly. It causes confusion, blurred vision, and occasional blackouts.

0.05/t 30u

Antidexafen

1u Carbon
1u Paracetamol
Cold medicine, for fever and cough.

In theory, antidexafen would increase resistances to viruses. However, since viruses don't currently exist, it's purely for roleplay. Good for your space flu!

0.01/t 60u

Arithrazine

1u Hydrazine
1u Hyronalin
A potent medicine that treats toxin damage and heals organs, as well as purging radiation very quickly.

Unlike Dylovene, arithrazine doesn't provide resistance to toxins - it only heals existing damage. Arithrazine is much stronger than Hyronalin for treating radiation, but it causes minor brute damage. Best administered alongside other medicines.

0.05/t 30u

Bicaridine

1u Carbon
1u Inaprovaline
Treats brute damage.

Essential for any doctor to carry. Can seal most wounds, given time, including surgical incisions. Overdose is still toxic, but can also slowly heal internal bleeding.

0.2/t 30u

Citalopram

1u Carbon
1u Mindbreaker Toxin
(Produces 3 units instead of 2 units)
A mild antidepressant, prescribed for depression and anxiety.

This is a roleplay chemical that mechanically does nothing. Shows a message every now and then.

0.1/t N/A

Clonexadone

1u Sodium
1u Cryoxadone
Temperature below -75C
A more effective version of Cryoxadone.

Has the same effects as cryoxadone, but is much more potent. The two stack their effects, so a smart pharmacist will mix them together!

0.1/t N/A

Crystallizing Agent

1u Silicon
1u Tungsten
1u Polytrinic Acid
Temperature between 150C and 200C
Heals internal and external damage to crystalline bodies, such as Kharmaani.

Can also be drawn from an adamantine slime core. Extremely toxic to organic patients.

0.1/t 15u

Dexalin

2u Acetone
0.1u Phoron
(Produces 1 units instead of 2.1 units)
Oxygenates the blood, causing the body to behave as though it has at least 50% blood oxygenation even if lungs have failed.

Dexalin will still need blood flow to operate, whether through a working heart or through CPR. Removes Lexorin from the body. Toxic to Vox.

0.2/t 30u

Dexalin Plus

1u Carbon
1u Iron
1u Dexalin
As Dexalin, but 80% oxygenation instead of 50%.

0.2/t 30u

Leporazine

1u Copper
1u Silicon
5u Phoron (catalyst)
Stabilizes body temperature.

Moves body temperature towards at 310K (approx. 98.3F or 36.8C). Heating or chilling creates alternate versions that set body temperature quite high or quite low. These alternate versions can be restored to normal leporazine by reversing the temperature change.

0.2/t 30u

1u Inaprovaline
A general-purpose painkiller.

Much stronger than Paracetamol, but weaker than Oxycodone. Pain is debilitating, and can cause effects ranging from slowdown to cardiac arrest, so tramadol is one of the most commonly used chemicals in the infirmary. Higher doses can cause slurring and slowdown. Tramadol is an opiate, making it toxic when taken with alcohol.

0.05/t 30u

Tricordrazine

1u Dylovene
1u Inaprovaline
Slowly heals brute and burn damage.

Weak on its own, so it's best mixed with other chemicals. WARNING: Tricordrazine can mix in a patient's bloodstream if you inject both Inaprovaline and Dylovene. This can be disastrous, or useful.

0.2/t N/A
